We work with selected certified coffee producers in specific origins throughout Peru to ensure our clients top quality coffees with premium to specialty cups. In addition, we provide traceability reports to our clients, with information on origins, list of producers, cup analysis, etc.

Washed coffee beans with fresh and homogeneous color.

Defects: 5 to 8 defects in a sample of 300 g (no primary defects)

Screen: 50% with screen >= 16 and max. 5% <14.

Cup: Clean, intense acidity and very well rounded body.

Premium / Grade 1 SHB

Washed coffee beans with fresh and homogeneous color.

Defects: 8 to 12 defects in a sample of 300 grams (no primary defects)

Screen: 50% with screen >= 16 and max. 5% <14.

Cup: clean, strong acidity and well rounded body.

Gourmet / Grade 1 HB

Washed coffee beans with fresh and homogeneous color.

Defects: 12 to 15 defects in a sample of 300 grams (no primary defects)

Screen: 50% with screen >= 16 and max. 5% <14.

Cup: clean, good acidity and good body.
